MORTGAGES BY MECHELE INC is a mortgage brokerage that helps borrowers navigate the residential mortgage process. We work with mortgage lenders to assist customers with their applications, gather required documentation, coordinate underwriting conditions, and help move loans toward closing.
We work directly with borrowers and other professionals involved in the mortgage transaction, including lenders, loan processors, real estate agents, and title companies. Our role is mortgage origination and processing—not collecting monthly mortgage payments or servicing loans after closing.

We use text messages only for mortgage broker activities that relate to you as our client: document requests, answers to loan-processing questions, underwriting updates, appointment coordination, and closing information. Our messages are written by our staff. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you agree to receive texts. When you apply through our online application, you agree to these messages. The application is provided by ARIVE. Before you enter your phone number, it shows a Communication Consent notice in which you agree that ARIVE or its partners, which include us, may contact you about your application or loan by text message or telephone at the number you provide. We also reply to text messages from people who contact us first.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages or HELP for assistance. Text messaging is how we communicate with clients about their loans, so agreeing to receive text messages is required to work with us.
